Melinda Lamarche graduated from Ryerson University with a BASc in Nutrition in 2004 and went on to complete a dietetic internship at the University Health Network. Melinda also has a Masters degree in Community Health from the University of Toronto and recently completed a culinary diploma. Melinda has experience in a variety of settings including clinical and public health. She is passionate about food and nutrition and has followed a plant-based diet since the age of 14. Being in the kitchen cooking with and for her husband and three kids is her favourite place to be.

Jenna Traboulsee is a Registered Dietitian from New Brunswick who believes that food should be a source of nourishment, flavour and enjoyment! While she has a passion for all things nutrition, Jenna has a particular interest in plant-based eating and gut health. Besides being an author for Edible IQ, Jenna also works as a private practice dietitian at Foundation Health Centre, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Fredericton NB, providing one-on-one nutrition support and group presentations.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending dance and yoga classes, experimenting with plant based recipes, and leading nutrition and lifestyle workshops in the South Asian community.
